VAT on export deliveries to EU countries

Delivery Time
Delivery time is made up of the time we need to dispatch the articles and shipping time:
Once we receive your order, we pass the shipment on to our logistics provider within 1 day for articles that we have in stock.
Shipping time depends on the destination of the shipment: allow up to 3 working days within Germany; up to 5 working days within Europe; and up to 10 working days outside of Europe.
If you wish your order to arrive more quickly, we also offer express delivery and are happy to quote you a price for this service.

To ensure safe and prompt delivery, we generally use the service "Insured shipping" DHL and Iloxx to ship your order . All are our models are packed very carefully, as shown in these sample pictures.
